// Questions
How do I use this?+
Walk a full 360 around your work area. Tap any hazard you see on the tiles. Pick how it is controlled from the chips that pop up. When every hazard is controlled, the button turns green. Tap it to sign and start. Whole thing takes under a minute.
Do I need to download an app or log in?+
No. It opens right in your phone browser. No app, no account, no password. Scan or tap the link and go.
Does it work with no signal?+
Yes. Once the page is open it runs fully offline. Open it before you head into a dead zone and it keeps working in the trench, the vault, or out in the field.
Is my info tracked? Where does the record go?+
Nothing is sent anywhere. The sweep record saves as a file on your own phone when you sign. No names, locations, or job data leave the device. Nothing is stored on a server.
What if I do not see my hazard on a tile?+
Tap the closest tile, then choose OTHER in the control list to type your own. The 12 tiles cover the common ones, but you control what gets logged.
I tapped a hazard by mistake. How do I undo it?+
Press and hold the tile to clear it back to nothing. A controlled tile can also be tapped to remove it from the sweep.
Does this replace my JHA or company safety process?+
No. It is a pre-job sweep aid, not a permit or authorization. Your company written practice and 29 CFR 1910 / 1926 still apply. Stop-work authority belongs to every crew member at all times.
